hSpring is most definitely in full swing, but on what may have been the last cool evening of the year, I tested my adventurous side and indulged my taste buds with this awesome recipe for Gnocchi: a traditional Italian potato pasta made by Buddy from Cake Boss. Now, I'm no kitchen boss but this recipe was surprisingly easy and really hearty. And though I'm ready for summer smoothies and light salad this meal was a perfect ending to the cold season.
