Currently Craving

I've been hitting the gym a lot lately. The bathing suit season is upon us after all. And though I enjoy my gym time with the normal dumbbells and a treadmill, I found two pieces of equipment that I would love to add to my regiment. 

The Airope takes the danger (ok it's only dangerous if you're me) out of traditional jump roping. Minus the rope and add two weights and go! It looks so fun and I won't have to worry about tripping over the rope!

I also found this video of an Airope class. Doesn't it look fun!

Now, the Foam Roller is actually something I have used before, and I love it. It's like a massage for your whole body! It also helps to get rid of any tension hiding in your body, and since you're the one doing the massage, you get a nice strength work out too! Happy Monday!

Needing a Smile?

Remember my obsession with YouTube? It's actually an awfully entertaining habit that, as you'll recall, takes up hours of my time. Some nights I drag my boyfriend into this habit and we spend evenings taking turns picking videos. And usually, we spend those hours looking at kittens. I know, I know... it's incredibly lame, yet wonderfully hilarious! Here's a few that just crack me up every single time!

Baby Freak Out

After a long day of lectures, gyms and doctor's appointments, it's so nice to have something to smile about. I promise this little baby will make you laugh. I've watched this video at least 10 times now. You must watch!

I have an awful habit of getting caught up in YouTube. It's a terrible and wonderful thing! But among my many hours of searching, I came across a video of a small girl who has her love life all planned out.
